Whether cooked in a pan of noodles, used as an accompaniment to a cutlet or even just on a baguette – chanterelles, ceps and other mushrooms are now in season. This delights not only the collectors of mushrooms but also the people who love to eat them! The mushrooms can of course be used to conjure up many delicious dishes. The best recipes have the chance of winning one of the great prizes in our Jeden Tag cookery competition in September! So here's what to do:

Simply post a photo or video of a mushroom-related dish as a comment to this article on Facebook. The prizes include a large wicker basket, a handy mushroom knife and a guide on how to collect mushrooms.
