Have you ever used vegetables or meat to conjure up some "fast food"? Would you prefer to use the leftovers rather than just throwing them away? Casseroles are a great idea for this. We love these versatile, oven-baked dishes topped with a cheese gratin. The best recipes have a chance of winning one of the great prizes in our Jeden Tag cookery competition in November!
